1) We only accept requests for returns (for refund only - no exchanges) on damaged items during shipping or mistake on our behalf within 30 days after receiving.
2) We accept returns for items purchased through www.emelesglamour.com only.
3) We request photos of damaged items or order mistakes to be able to accept and process.
4) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards and limited-edition merchandise are final sale and ineligible for returns/refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start your return please do the following:
- Securely pack up the items in a shipping box
- Include the following information with your return:
- Full Name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- EMELES Glamour order confirmation number

REFUND POLICY
- PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
