WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

Currently, we only accept orders placed within the Continental US on www.emelesglamour.com.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

At this moment we have a flat shipping fee of $7.95.

Free shipping on orders over $100.00.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX?

Select US states will be able to view the total amount of applicable tax fees of your order during the checkout process.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES?

Orders typically ship within 72 hours, but may take longer due to high volume of received orders during promotion sales and the holidays.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Standard US shipping will be offered via USPS (1-4 days transit time).

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

All shipments are secured with tracking automatically emailed after processing order.

YOUR PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED?

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that eventually have never arrived even though the tracking shows that the package was delivered and got lost in the hands of USPS. If this is the case we will start an investigation and try our best to find a solution.

EMELES Glamour is also not responsible for packages that get lost in front of the door.
